A PRIMEIRA CERIMÔNIA DO NOVO MO GUN! (THE FIRST CEREMONY AT THE NEW MO GUN!)

É difícil para a gente, perceber a passagem do tempo. Apenas fatos distintivos, ou uma tomada de consciência casual, nos fazem ter aquele choque ao constatar quantos anos se passaram desde determinado evento...

It's hard for us to realize the passage of time. Only special facts , or a casual awareness, we do have that shock to see how many years have passed since a particular event ...

No final do último Sábado, terminei o dia no aniversário de 7 anos (SETE ANOS!)da Julinha, filha do Si Fu...
E só duas cenas vinham a minha cabeça todo o tempo... 

Last weekend, my Si Fu´s little daughter, Julia was celebrating her 7 years old (SEVEN DUDE!) party! And only two scenes came right into my head!

 Bem antes naquele dia, de eu entrar em choque com meus irremediáveis 30 anos vindouros em 2013 . Tivemos uma manhã muito especial.

Num clima que traz a tona exatamente o que esse novo 

Mo Gun de nossa Família potencializa, foi realizada a trigésima nona Cerimônia Tradicional da Família Moy Jo Lei Ou.

Antes de começar a Cerimônia, Si Fu teve um bate-papo com os presentes.

Earlier that day, before I clash with my irremediable 30 years old coming in 2013. We had a very special morning.
In a climate that brings out exactly what this new Mo Gun enhances our Family celebrated its thirty-ninth Ceremony.
Before beginning the ceremony, Si Fu had a chat with the presents.

 Para mim foi uma manhã muito feliz por várias razões. Dentre elas, ver o retorno do "Senhor do Mont Saint-Michel":Meu querido Si Dai Arion Lucas. Que na foto aparece no canto direito.

For me was a very happy morning. Also, because I saw the remarkable return of the "Lord of The Mont Saint-Michel" , my dear Si Dai Arion Lucas. In the right corner of this pic above.

 Depois de passar uma semana viajando com Si Gung e seu filho Lukas na Argentina. Si Sok Ursula, líder da Família Moy Lin Mah, esteve presente.

After traveling with Si Gung and his son Lukas trough Argentina. Si Sok Ursula, leader of Moy Lin Mah Family, was there too.

 Diferente de outras Cerimônias, essa , que foi a primeira do nosso novo Mo Gun, não desconfigurou a disposição do local. Os presentes sentaram-se ou ficaram de pé, e Si Fu começou por chamar Isamel, apresentado por Guilherme Farias, que foi admitido na Família Kung Fu.

Unlike other ceremonies, this one, that was the first of our new Mo Gun, preserved the Mo Gun´s layout. People sat or stood, and Si Fu called Isamel, presented by Guilherme Farias Ismael was admitted to the Kung Fu Family that morning..

 Ismael vive no Recreio, e começou o Experience ainda no Mo Gun antigo. Ia para sua prática de bicicleta. Com o tempo, principalmente devido a mudança, Ismael se envolveu cada vez mais, e foi mais do que normal o seu convite e posterior admisssão na Familia. Já que todos já o sentiamos como irmão Kung Fu.

Ismael lives in a place near the old Mo Gun. He went every Saturday to practice riding a bike. With time going by, he started to spent more time with the Family. And when we moved to this new Mo Gun, we already had him as a Kung Fu brother.

Essa Cerimônia aconteceria na verdade em função do Nikklas Correa que acessaria o Cham Kiu. E graças a isso, outros praticantes , assim como ele, foram indicados.

Nikklas tem apenas 13 anos, mas  leva seus compromissos com muita seriedade, e por isso, as vezes esquecemos que é um jovem. 

Devido ao novo Mo Gun, Nikklas tem tido mais contato com outros praticantes que antes, o que vem favorecendo o desenvolvimento de seu Kung Fu.

This ceremony actually would happen due to Nikklas Correa would access Cham Kiu. And thanks to that, other practitioners, like him, were appointed to do the same.
Nikklas is only 13 years old, but he takes his commitments very seriously, so sometimes we forget that he is a young man.
Due to the new Mo Gun, Nikklas has had more contact with other practitioners than before, which has favored the development of his Kung Fu.

 Em "O Grande Mestre 2", Ip Man ao começar sua carreira em Hong Kong, recebe Wong Shun Leung como o primeiro interessado em conhecer a arte. No caso do Núcleo Méier, Fábio Sá foi o primeiro ineteressado. Ele chegou com o tornozelo machucado e iniciou apenas alguns meses depois...

In "Ip Man 2", the first person who shows up to know more about Ving Tsun, is the character of Wong Shun Leung. In MYVT Meier School, the first one was Fabio Sa. He was injured and could just start only a few months later.

 Apesar dos desafios, Fabio seguiu firme até a manhã do último Sábado, quando merecidamente, foi autorizado por Si Fu a acessar o Cham Kiu. Fábio continua escrevendo sua história diariamente no Núcleo Méier, sendo hoje bastante respeitado neste Mo Gun por seus irmãos Kung Fu mais novos.

Despite the challenges, Fabio always stayed hungry until the morning of last Saturday, when deserved, was authorized by Si Fu to access the Cham Kiu. Fabio continues to write his story daily in MYVT Meier and today he is highly respected at Meier Mo Gun by his younger brothers.

 Cynthia Tong sorri para Si Fu durante sua Cerimônia de Acesso ao Cham Kiu...

 Já pra mim enquanto falava sobre ela, Cynthia fez cara de mau...rs

A história da Cynthia dentro do Siu Nim Tau foi bem curiosa. E não só se cruzou com a do Fábio, mas também com vários outros praticantes. Isso porque hoje Cynthia participa de todos os Núcleos.

Como Si Fu comentou para ela, poucas vezes entendemos a diferença que somos capazes de fazer. E como disse Bruno Linhares na noite anterior no jantar de confraternização ao tirar Cynthia como amigo oculto. Ela , apesar do tempo de prática, ali, quase junto com eles, tem muito a acrescentar ao Kung Fu de todos.

While I was talking about her story in Siu Nim Tau, she looked at me with a badass face expression! haha

The story of Cynthia in the Siu Nim Tau was very curious. Not only crossed with Fabio, but also with various other practitioners. That's because today Cynthia participates in all MYVT schools in Rio.
As Si Fu commented to her, we rarely understand the difference that we can make. And as Bruno Linhares said the night before during the fellowship dinner when take Cynthia as his secret friend. She, despite the practice time, there almost with them, have much to add to everyone´s of Kung Fu.

Por fim, naquela manhã, Marcelo Ormond também foi autorizado a acessar o Cham Kiu. No seu caso, Guilherme Farias leu uma carta escrita a mão por Si Sok Diego Guadelupe, seu orientador para esta Cerimônia, que por motivos de trabalho não pôde estar presente.

Marcelo vem curtindo bastante seus momentos como praticante de Ving Tsun. Pode-se perceber o quanto ele aproveita desde quando sai de casa de bicicleta para ir ao Mo Gun que fica um tanto quanto distante, até a hora que vai embora.

Marcelo, foi mais um praticante que por estar aberto as experiências foi beneficiado durante todo o processo de mudança, tendo contato além da parte técnica com irmãos 

kung fu e si sok de diferentes épocas... 

Finally, that morning, Marcelo Ormond was also authorized to access the Cham Kiu. In his case, Guilherme Farias read a handwritten letter by Si Sok Diego Guadelupe, Marcelo´s advisor for this ceremony, who because of his job could not be present.

Marcelo is quite enjoying his moments as Ving Tsun practitioner. You can see how much he enjoys since he left home to go to Bike  to Mo Gun which is somewhat distant, until the time he leaves.

Marcelo was another practitioner that by being open to experiences has benefited himself throughout the moving process from a Mo Gun to another, and went beyond the technical contact with kung fu brothers and Si Sok and from different eras ...

I have told this one before, but it fits here again...

 Quando Si Fu esteve no Méier a primeira vez em 2008 de forma oficial. Praticávamos dentro de uma cozinha de uma escola de dança. Si Fu perguntou a Guilherme, que estava no Siu Nim Tau, se ele conseguia ver a Monaliza no quadro branco atrás dele.

Guilherme respondeu que não.

Si Fu disse, que ela estava ali. Mas a diferença, é que a maioria das pessoas, incluindo ele próprio, só consegue ver um quadro branco, o Leonardo da Vinci conseguia ver a Monaliza e apenas "ligaria os pontos" e a pintura apareceria...

When Si Fu was in Meier for the first time in 2008 in an official way. We were practicing,believe or not, in a kitchen of a dance school. Si Fu asked Guilherme, who was in the Siu Nim Tau at the time, if he could see the Monaliza on the whiteboard behind him.
Guilherme said no.

Si Fu said, she was there. But the difference is that most people, including himself, can only see a white board, the Leonardo da Vinci could see Monaliza and only "would connect the dots" and the painting would appear ... 

Há cinco anos atrás, Si Fu falava sobre a capacidade de olhar pro vazio, e enxergar o "caminho". Olhar pro quadro branco, e enxergar uma obra de arte.

Five years ago, Si Fu was talking about look to the nothing, and see a way. Look to the white board and see a master piece painted.

 Não acredite em mim, se você não conseguir enxergar. Mas por hora, eu posso garantir, que vejo todos nós no aniversário de 30 anos da Julinha, muito orgulhosos da nova história que começamos a construir  neste último Sábado.

You dont have to believe in me if you are not able to see. But for now, I can garantee that during Julia´s 30 years old birthday. We are going to look  back very proud of the story that we began last Saturday!
