UMA FAMÍLIA : NOITE DE QUARTA (A FAMILY: WEDNESDAY NIGHT)

Em mais uma Quarta a noite, de diferentes pontos do Rio como: Inhauma, Engenho da Rainha, Barra, Rio das Pedras, Jacarepagua e Tijuca, membros da Família Kung Fu se encontraram novamente no Mo Gun da Barra para praticarem, além de outras coisas....

Once more, people from different points of our city as West and North Zone came to practice and spend  some time with Kung Fu Family!

Na época da guerra-fria os pais americanos costumavam dizer para os filhos: "Ei, enquanto você está brincando tem um garoto russo estudando!"
Não concordo muito com isso, afinal como disse Ferris Bueller(abaixo)...

During the cold-war, an american dad could say to his son: "Son, while you are playing a russian boy is studying..."
I dont agree with that, bu as Ferris Bueller(below) said, his not an European, but at the same time, life moves too fast, and you has to stop sometime to enjoy life!

Podemos simplesmente pensar na quantidade de coisas que perdemos, nas experiências que deixamos de viver, quando simplesmente, nos convencemos de que estavamos cansados e era melhor ter ido para casa...

Sometimes, we just try to say to ourselves that was a better idea go home and take a rest, and that we were really tired. But if you could know the experiences that we let go away when we do that...

Ou você pode dar uma chance aquela noite em que você ficaria de frente pro computador ou pra TV em casa, para estar com pessoas que você normalmente não está, num horário em que normalmente você nunca sai.....

Or you could just give a chance to that night that you would be at home scrolling down the 9gag or the facebook feeds, or even wacthing Tv to spend some time with someone who you dont see often, in a day that you never go out...

Você vai se espantar com a quantidade de bons momentos que duas ou três horas na companhia de pessoas que compartilham algo com você, podem lhe proporcionar. Como aqui, quando graças a uma pergunta de Ricardo Mendes sobre os quadros com os Kuen Kuits em nossa parede, pegamos os livros de Si Taai Gung Moy Yat e muitas historias curiosas e divertidas foram contadas....

You will be amazed at the amount of quality time that two or three hours in the company of people who share something with you, can provide. Like here, when thanks to a question from Ricardo Mendes on the tables with Kuen Kuits on our wall, we took books of Si Taai Gung Moy Yat and many curious and amusing stories were told ....

Depois de praticar e bater um papo sobre a nossa Família, fomos até outra sala preparada especialmente com ambiência favoravel a convivência para assistirmos o DVD que ganhei de presente de Si Baak Anderson. Uma entrevista com Si Baak Gung Ming Jaai, discípulo de Si Taai Gung Moy Yat dos anos '60.


After practicing and chat about our family, we went to another room prepared specially for kung fu life to watch the DVD I got from this Si Baak Anderson. An interview with Si Baak Gung Ming Jaai , disciple of Si Taai Gung Moy Yat from the  '60s.
