KUNG FU LIFE MOMENT AT MYVT MEIER MO GUN!( MOMENTO DE VIDA KUNG-FU NO MO GUN DO MÉIER!)

Aconteceu uma atividade diferente com os praticantes onde mais uma vez foi possivel expor alguns materiais da Familia Kung Fu, pessoais e outros mais que Si Gung deixou comigo referentes ao Ving Tsun...

There was a different activity with practitioners from Meier Mo Gun where once again it was possible to expose some of the materials from the Kung Fu Family, personal ones and others that Si Gung left with me for the Ving Tsun ... 

O primeiro ponto positivo desta iniciativa, é que pela primeira vez Raphael Caputo que apesar da pouca idade é um dos primeiros praticantes da Moy Yat Ving Tsun no Méier, e que em 06 de Junho completará quatro anos de prática, foi quem organizou tudo desta vez.

The first positive point of this initiative is that for the first time, Raphael Caputo(photo) that despite the young age is one of the earliest practitioners of the Moy Yat Ving Tsun in Meier neighborhood, and that on June 6 will complete four years of practice, was the one who organized all this time .

Utiliziando-nos do filme "Ip Man , A Lenda Nasce" foi possível ter com todos um grande momento e falar bastante da Família Kung Fu. E diferente da primeira vez que fizemos isso ano passado, pude trazer fotos também...
  
 We got t the movie "Ip Man, The Legend Is Born" and because of that, was possible to have a great time and talk a lot aboutKung Fu Family. And unlike the first time we did this last year, could bring photos too ...

A tarde começou com nossa querida irmã Kung Fu, Jade Camacho , derrubando um vidro de Jit Da Jow no chão. Com isso da pra imaginar o cheiro que ficou no Mo Gun..rs A mesma Jade porém, a qual vemos seu pulso com sua pulseira rosa, ofereceu um brinde com coca-cola e suco antes de começarmos pois ontem também foi aniversário de Mateus Nascimento, que completou 12 anos.

The afternoon started with our dear  Kung Fu Sister,the young Jade Camacho, knocking a glass of Jit Da Jow on the floor. Its impossible to imagine the smell that was in Mo Gun .. hehe Jade  which (we see her wrist with his pink wristband), offered a toast with coa-cola and juice before we start because  was also Mattheu's Birthday , who completed 12 years old.

Raphael se esforçou bastante, mas não pediu ajuda e nem comunicou como estava organizando o evento. Assim, houveram muitos furos. E foi engraçado porque exatamente uma semana atrás Si Fu comentou sobre o fato de eu estar querendo tomar pra mim uma responsabilidade que poderia simplesmente dividir com ele: "Legal que você ta chamando pra você, mas você não precisa carregar esse peso sozinho." - disse Si Fu.
E foi só quando vi o esforço solitário de Raphael ontem, que me dei conta de que contar com os demais é muito mais estratégico.

Raphael tried hard enough to make everything perfect, but not asked for help and not reported about how he was organizing the event. Thus, there have been many "holes". And it was funny because exactly one week ago Si Fu commented on the fact that I'm wanting to take for me a responsibility that could just share with him: "Its cool because you're calling to you the responsability, but you does not need  to carry this burden alone." - Said Si Fu to me.

And it was only when I saw the solitary effort of Raphael , I realized that relying on others is much more strategic.

Houveram muitos momentos de brincadeira também, quando como pausei nesta cena e pedi a Rodrigo que traduzisse para mim pelo menos parte do que estava escrito usando sua camisa.

There were many moments of fun too, when as in this scene I paused and asked Rodrigo(red t-shirt) to translate for me at least part of what was written using his shirt.

Na cena do filme estava escrito "Ving Tsun Mo gun". Rodrigo conseguiria encontrar "Ving Tsun" em sua camisa, mas segundo um praticante que estava presente, ler isso "de cabeça para baixo" não era fácil..rs

At the scene of the film was written "Ving Tsun Mo gun." Rodrigo could find "Ving Tsun" on his shirt, but according to a practitioner who was present, read this "upside down" was not easy .. hehe

Fernando Xavier, após ter estado nos Mo Gun de Copacabana e Barra nas ultimas duas semanas, esteve no Mo Gun do Méier,uma grande pessoa que ficamos felizes por ter de volta.

Fernando Xavier(yellow t-shirt) after visited Copacabana and Barra da Tijuca´s Mo Guns spent some time with us at Meier. Xavier, as we call him, is an old friend and kung fu brother. We are happy to have him back with us!

A cada cena do filme, um detalhe sobre a cultura chinesa e sobre a Familia Kung Fu era contado. e uma imagem de nosso Si fu em alguns desses locais era mostrada. Isso foi muito significativo para os presentes.

In each scene of the movie, the chinese culture and Kung Fu family Genealogy could be remembered. So I could show some photo of our Si Fu  in some of the places shown in the movie. The young ones went crazy !

Na cena onde Ip Man faz Baai Si com seu Mestre Chan Wah Shun, mostrei a foto de nosso próprio Si Fu fazendo Baai Si com seu Si gung Moy Yat.

E aproveitando o gancho, falamos sobre chá...

 In the scene where Ip Man makes Baai Si with his Master Chan Wah Shun, I showed the picture of our own Si Fu making Baai  with his Si gung Moy Yat.

 Cena sobre Baai Si na novela que estou assistindo novamente "Young Chun"(wing Chun) de 2007.Nesta cena, Philip Ng que interpreta Chan Wah Shun, faz Baai Si com Yuen Biao, que interpreta Leung Jaan.

Si Gung pediu no inicio desse ano, que o hábito de servir e tomar chá no Mo Gun fosse reavivado por um série de fatores. E foi quando mostrei a xícara identica a do Mo Gun da Barra que encontrei pro Méier e o aparelho para esquentar água comprado por Si Sok Felipe Soares....

Si Gung asked earlier this year, for the  habit of serving and drinking tea in Mo Gun be revived . And when I showed the cup that was identical to that of Mo Gun of Barra da Tijuca  and the unit to heat water purchased by Si Sok Felipe Soares ....

 Em outra cena, Chan Wah Shun recita alguns "Kuen Kuits" que sãos os provérbios do Ving Tsun. Os praticantes puderam conferir uma reportagem dos anos 90 onde Si Gung discorre sobre o tema para uma revista.

 In another scene, Chan Wah Shun recites some "Kuen Kuits" "sayings from Ving Tsun". Practitioners were able to check a report of 90´s where Si Gung discusses the theme for a magazine.

Por falar em revistas, na página da direita conferimos uma xerox do jornal de Hong Kong que publicou o falecimento de Ip Man na época. Falamos sobre isso devido a cena no filme em que Chan Wah Shun morre...

Speaking of magazines, on the right page checked a photocopy of the Hong Kong newspaper that published the death of Ip Man then. We talked about it because there is a scene in the film that Chan Wah Shun dies ...

Em outra cena , quando Ip Man chega a farmacia onde trabalha Leung Bik, vemos o Ji Da Jow. Peguei o mesmo Ji Da Jow que a Jade derrubou, rs, e passei no nosso coordenador Raphael Caputo. Imagine um gelol 100 vezes mais forte...rsrs

Ao final da tarde, todos puderam falar um pouco sobre esta experiência de Vida Kung Fu. Claro, aqui foi passada uma versão resumida de toda a diversão que tivemos.

By late afternoon, everyone could talk about this experience of Kung Fu Life. Sure, here was passed a short version of all the fun we had.

Os praticantes também pegaram com suas próprias mãos, textos e reportagens de jornais e revistas chinesas sobre Ving Tsun, bem como, Bruce Lee. Fotos raras deste ícone sempre lembrado praticando nossa arte nos anos 60...

The practitioners also took into their own hands, texts and reports of Chinese newspapers and magazines on Ving Tsun, as well as rare photos of Bruce Lee remembered icon practicing our art in the 60s ...

Antes de encerrarmos, Raphael Caputo(foto), coordenador deste evento, leu em voz alta, traduzindo simultaneamente para o português, uma carta escrita por Si Gung, sobre quando numa mesa tomando chá com seu Si fu Moy Yat e seu Si Hing Miguel Hernandez, conversou-se sobre o primeiro livro em inglês e português, o qual Si Taai Gung Moy Yat sugeriu que fosse sobre o Siu Nim Tau. Na carta, Si Gung descreveu as palavras de Moy Yat sobre a importância do Siu Nim Tau para o Ving Tsun.

Before we close, Raphael Caputo (photo), coordinator of this event, read aloud, translating  into Portuguese, a letter written by Si Gung, when on a table having tea with his Si Fu Moy Yat and his Si Hing Miguel Hernandez , spoke out about the first book in English and Portuguese, which  Si Taai Gung Moy Yat was suggested that should be about the Siu Nim Tau.
 In the letter, described Si Gung, Moy Yat has a lot of words about the importance of Siu Nim Tau to the Ving Tsun.

Eu e Rapha quando o mesmo aprendia o Lap Sau ainda no Espaço Dharma ha alguns anos...
Me and Raphael some years ago when he was still learning about Lap Sau in Siu Nim Tau... We ere still in the dance school called Dharma at the time.

Não houve maior ponto positivo naquela tarde , em saber que Raphael , que outro dia tinha meio metro de altura, e tinha vergonha de falar meia frase, tinha organizado um evento em seu Mo Gun, e encerrava o mesmo com todos olhando para ele.

For me there was No greater good point that afternoon than Raphael,that other day were a had half a meter tall boy, and was ashamed to speak half a sentence, had organized an event in his Mo Gun, and ended the same with everyone looking at him while he was reading.

E dividi com ele, as palavras que nosso Si Fu Julio Camacho,me disse certa vez em 2001, enquanto eu mesmo estava no Cham Kiu. Não lembro bem a razão, mas o que Si Fu me falou foi o seguinte: "Pereira, ninguém gosta de vivenciar uma guerra, então a maioria das pessoas desistem antes do final, 'se matam', e eu vou te dizer: claro que se você quiser escapar de uma situação você vai se sentir aliviado porque acabou. Mas eu posso te falar por experiência própria, não tem sensação melhor do que você ir até o final. Sabe por que? Porque mesmo que você 'morra' no final da guerra você vai saber que fez o seu melhor."

And I shared with him the words that our Si Fu Julio Camacho,once told to me in 2001, while I myself was in Cham Kiu. I do not remember why, but what Si Fu told me was: "Pereira, nobody likes to experience a war, then most people give up before the end. People just "kill" themselves before its over, and I'll say it clear that if you want to escape from a situation you will feel relieved that is over. But I can tell you from my own experience, that there is no feeling better than you go untill the end. Do you know why? because even if you 'die' at the end of the war, you will know you did your best. "
